'Six of us stayed at the Sleepy Hollow Lake in Athens for a girls trip and it was the PERFECT location! Not far from town, amazing views, and a hot tub overlooking mountains. Diana’s communication during our stay were top notch. Would love to stay again! '

'We loved Manor Lane! It had every amenity you could ask for. The house is fun and charming and there are thoughtful touches everywhere you look! We had fun watching movies in the living room, playing games in the lounge, cooking family meals in the spectacular kitchen and playing tennis in the sunshine. A perfect 10!'

'We stayed at Ray's house in August 2025 for two nights -- two adults 8 year old twins. It's a great house! Perfect size for us with very comfy beds. It was also very well-stocked with extra towels and all the toiletries you may need. Communication with Ray both before and during the stay was excellent. Highly recommend! '

'This house was perfect for us - and exactly as described in the VRBO description. It was really well-appointed, particularly the kitchen. But the little details were great - the products in the bathroom, etc. It just made for a very easy, enjoyable stay. Sabrina is also really responsive. There was a WiFi issue the night we arrived, outside of their control. She kept us posted as she heard from the provider and even gave us a small reimbursement for our inconvenience. 'Wonderful old house, very comfortable space for a large family gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. The host was communicative and responsive, although everything was so well-thought out on his part, we didn't have much need to talk to the hosts. Excellent location, less than five minutes to Great Barrington, and twenty to Tanglewood and Lenox. '

'This is the perfect place to stay to experience Western Connecticut. Centrally located for a range of wonderful little communities, and close enough to New York that our son--who seldom leaves Manhattan Island--came up to spend a few days. Great open room, so I could cook and converse with family. I've never had a better getaway.'

'The location was perfect for our needs, the view was phenomenal and Anthony was a great host. We came up for a wedding and he even provided us with wine and coffee upon checkin! Such a nice surprise. The space was clean, really well decorated and the beds were comfy. I booked here because I was baking 700 cookies for my friend’s wedding, and the kitchen was the perfect setup for this. Plenty of counter space, nice big fridge and oven. And in between baking, it was lovely to sit outside with this...

'This was my second trip to this property in 2 years. The hosts are super easy to work with, the house is clean and while small, has everything you need. It's a great location and the towns are quaint and enjoyable. There are some great eats around too,with something for everyone.'
