'Bed uncomfortable '

'The staff was really helpful and nice. The free breakfast has a ton of options and made it easy to start the day. Location was less than 10 minutes to the HOF which was awesome. Indoor pool was key for a trip upstate in April - kids loved it. Overall a stress-free, hospitable stay and again, great staff.'

I believed him, extended my stay direct with the property, and it wasn’t when I checked later! 'We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Staff was very nice, check in was quick, the room and bathroom was very nice and clean! They had a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The eggs were real. Not the fake kind. Very pleasantly surprised! Checkout was easy. Would definitely recommend!'
