'We love staying at the Caldwell Studio and all of the Caldwell properties. It is where we always try to stay when we visit our granddaughter who attends college at UCA. It is the BEST.'

'The tiny house was exceptionally clean and had every thing we would possibly need while visiting our granddaughter at UCA. It is beautifully decorated and the linens were very nice. The queen bed was comfortable but when you are accustomed to a king size, it was a little small. However, it worked well.'
