'Check in was pretty straight forward and it was quiet and a good size as well as close to the resort. But it was very dirty. Clearly not cleaned other than bedding. Dirty floors, dirty and broken couch, bathrooms with dirt and hair all over, splatters on walls, very dusty, etc. I let them know and they really didn't seem to care much that it was not clean. I was very disappointed and would be so embarrassed if it was my place. Would not stay through this company again. '

'It was a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, large. Great location. Minutes from downtown Petoskey and a quick drive to Nubs Nob. Would be a perfect location if anyone needed a place to stay during the baseball tournaments in the summer. '

'Condo was big, clean and well stocked. It was a great place to stay for our tennis tournament. I would 100% book again. It wasn't clear it was an upper unit, but we had very little luggage so it was not a big deal. We'll be booking again.'

Alittle disappointed in the location.we were starying with several littles in our group.According to the vrbo map it showed the condo right next to the water park.which it was not.There are several condos closer. So maybe a better map of location or condo complex would be helpful. We were in condo N. We drove our car to the water park each time with lots of people and stuff and sub zero temps.Hope this helps others with littles.Place was great. clean equipped etc even had toys...
