Breakfast is inexpensive and the staff is working hard to keep food refreshed and they were very pleasant. The hotel and eating areas are nicely decorated and comfortable too. We are happy to have found this hotel for when we visit family in Kalamazoo.'

'It was an okay stay. Location was fine and close to the interstate. Room was clean, with vinyl flooring which felt cleaner but was also colder. Continental breakfast was only until 9:30 and then they shut it down. Surprisingly, they offered almond milk with cereals (one being gluten friendly). When supplies got low nearing the end of breakfast they did not refill. You can hear every little sound and all the smells in that hotel.'

'Room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Fitness room had a lot of equipment and very clean. Pool was clean and large, there were a few mulch pieces pool side on floor, no air conditioning in pool area, and hot tub did not work . Would prefer they offered brewed coffee in lobby. There is a coffee shop inside for you to purchase. Breakfast is available to purchase inside restaurant.'

'I don't typically find hotels this nice for the price point. It was uncommonly clean and well appointed. I was hauling some equipment in my truck bed and was worried about theft, so I really appreciated the secluded lot this hotel has. I had no issues at all. 10/10, would stay again!'

'While the staff was lovely, the property was not. There was a bloody-looking handprint on the mattress and on the bed frame. There was so much dust behind the bed (my phone fell back there and I hat to get it). There was a gash in the seat of the shower (I was given a handicapped room) which was pleather. The corners of the room and windows were just disgusting. Was it mold? Was it dirt? I have no idea. Lightbulbs were half missing/ burned out. The refrigerator was propped up haphazardly....
