Thoughtfully decorated, the house features a large living-dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with three single beds; for groups of 8–10, extra beds are added), and 2 bathrooms. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fireplace, TV, washing machine, and a cot.



The highlight is the outdoor space: a covered terrace with dining table and grill, ideal for pleasant evenings outside. Cool off in the pool on hot summer days or unwind on sun loungers or the lawn. A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés are just a 4-minute drive (1.5 km) away in the center of Conil de la Frontera. The nearest beach is 4 minutes by car (1.7 km), while the popular Playa Fuente del Gallo is a 10-minute drive (4.8 km).



Parking for 3–4 cars is available on the property. Bed linen is included; towels are available on request for an extra charge. A cot can be provided for an extra fee. Parties and events are not permitted—the property is designed for rest, especially for families. The neighboring house can also be rented; if both are booked by the same group, the connecting gate can be opened.
