Welcome to your peaceful Colorado mountain retreat. This newly renovated (2023) 2BR/2BA guesthouse offers privacy, panoramic views, and thoughtful amenities on a quiet, gated 3-acre lot.

Guest Access:

You’ll have exclusive access to the lower level of a two-unit home. The unit is fully sound-insulated and has its own entrance, deck, yard, and driveway. Approximately 1,000 square feet of private guest space.

- Red Rocks Amphitheatre is about 30 minutes away, perfect for concerts or hiking

- Denver is an easy 45–50 minute drive, depending on traffic

- I-285 is the main highway in and out of town and is well-maintained year-round

- Driveway is private, with space for multiple vehicles and surrounded by trees for added privacy



**In winter months, 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended due to snow and mountain roads
