'This place is basically a hotel. It is very close to the university. The listing is a little misleading as it is only one room. There is a toilet stall but no privacy for the shower or tub. This is meant for a couple on a romantic getaway, not right for families or friends. There is no parking except on a narrow road which is difficult to navigate. 'Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung wartete eine süße örtliche Spezialität. Einzig die Treppe zur Wohnung und die Stufen in der Wohnung sind zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Einen Parkplatz findet man in ca. 50m Entfernung. Einkaufsmöglichkeit leider nicht in näherer Umgebung.'

'This was a wonderful property and location. It was exceptionally clean and nicely decorated with plants. We did not want to be right in Coimbra so we picked a nearby location. It was only about a 25 minute drive into town, where we spent the day visiting the university, shopping and enjoying dinner. There was a grocery store nearby where we picked up breakfast supplies. We especially appreciated the onsite parking.'

'First impression may be a bit rough, it’s an old small house on a street with construction, but ultimately turned out to be ok, the host Isabel was nice and we had all we needed. A garden patio in the back of the house is actually cute. The only inconvenience we had was no air conditioning, but there were a couple of floor fans.'
