'The room and property were A1 as always but they front desk lady put me in a room that when we walked in smelled a chemicals so bad that was giving us my grandkid open the windows and everything and then she told her she could move us those clear to the other side after it already been there for a few hours and got established because they had redone the shower and we couldn't shower so that was kind of a let down to go through all that and switching and all that '
