'We appreciated the elaborate fountain and display on the main floor. The staff was excellent. The food and service at the restaurant Ginger was on point. However, our first disappointment was access to charging our EV through the valet. It’s not possible. The second disappointment was access to the casino from our room. Having to leave the casino and go through security each time instead of having direct access through an elevator. The last disappointment was the bed,the mattress specifically...

'The area is definitely sketchy , especially when they have to have a police officer with their lights on parked in front of the hotel , just kind of gives me a little bit of the creeps'

'Breakfast was European style ..$18 per and coffee was $2.50+ per cup. We opted for Silver diner and received service and free refills for the same cost. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.'

'The staff and all guest are dealing with construction. I wish there was a way to know before I booked on this app. Also, I did not get the kind of room I requested and while I was given points - it was disappointing. The staff is kind and working hard - but it may not be the best choice until the construction concludes from the main floors.'
