It was okay. Great shower, kitchen had all it needed (except for the dishwasher, although reference to it was made in the instruction manual), the balcony was a plus (although the lightbulb was broken). What annoyed me was the process of getting acces to the property. Having to provide our id's, videotaping ourselves via WhatsApp to prove it really was us, getting the keys from a different location (something you should have let us know before our actual arrival in Como), ...in short I've never come across so much nitpicking and stringent proceedigs as you've submitted us to. We nearly felt like criminals trespassing. I'm never going to book through your organisation again. Certainly because it was completely impersonal. What if I didn't make use of WhatsApp? Did you ever consider that?
