'Unfortunately the experience in the room is poor as we stayed on two nights of unseasonally hot days of mid 30s. Our room faces west and there was no air conditoning. Thebhotels effort to put ina portable air con did not help and was way too noisy. The rest of the property ia great. Recommendation - do request no west facing room. '

'Really beautiful guest house we loved our stay. Great location really near the tram stop for town/station with local restaurants/bar/cafe and supermarket. If booking the room on the top floor its quite a few steep stairs and no lift, also some head height restrictions. Room was gorgeous though - bed, shower and facilities very good. Minimal wardrobe space though. It's quite "self service" as you might expect so you have to find your way around a bit. The cleaning lady was super helpful letting...

'We stayed here for 4 nights and would have been happy to stay longer—-I miss it already! The room was spacious and well appointed and the air conditioning was spectacular in the August heat. The pool area was beautiful and the pool itself was warm and well kept. There are several great restaurants (Le Julien, La Maison D’estournel, Bistro Des Vignes) within a short drive (5-15 minutes) but note that you will need a car to get to any of them. It is also a great jumping off point to the wineries...
