'This Hotel is very clean with updates in room as well bath. Breakfast is great with good coffee. But for privacy we prefer higher level rooms, and they didn't grant us that. Next day storms hit the area and power outages were everywhere. Hotel has generator but only delivered power into the lobby but not the rooms, so they were hot. I know this is not the staff fault, but I feel staff can do better to comfort customers.'

'They told me I didn’t have a reservation when I did had to wait didn’t get to the room until 8 o’clock at night when check-in is at three. There was no soap in the bathroom and the window was leaking from the rain into the room. Staff was rude at the front counter.'

I went back to the front desk with a stuffy nose and young guy came up and fixed the heater to be at the right temperature for my last two days part of that I was about to leave and find another place the first person told me that he couldn’t change the register because they’re based on...

'The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. They did move my room and then I had the sink issue. Overall the hotel is beautiful, No one ever...
