'Marj en Bruce zijn geweldige hosts. De gîte is meer dan volledig uitgerust en ligt in een mooie, grote tuin met eigen stukje bos. Marj en Bruce zijn erg aardig en zeer attent. We voelden ons erg thuis en hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad.Het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken.'

'Beautiful gite with all the facilities you could think of. A lovely welcome package of bread, butter, jam, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar, eggs and a bottle of sparkling wine. The hosts Fran and Johnny were on hand if needed and very friendly along with their lovely children. The gite was well decorated and very clean. 'Location assez rustique par rapport a l'annonce mais le propriétaire est super et a l'écoute,le cadre et très bien auusi ,apéritif sur la terrasse au milieux des poules ânes et la surprise d'un chevreuil.super pour la déconnections et les ballades en forêt .'

'Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. 'Le Hibou is a lovely gite in a beautiful area of rural France. The gites comfortably accommodated 6 of us. Sarah, our host, was so friendly, very helpful and served a delicious breakfast! We cannot recommend le Hibou enough- hopefully we’ll return soon. '

'Lovely cosy apartment with all amenities (even detergents) present. The gas powered heater is a huge plus in colder weather. The walled garden is very practically if you have a dog with you. The host’s hospitality is wonderful and she is very helpful. Recommended for 2 to 3 people. '
