Guests are welcome to all areas of the home except locked restock and storage areas. Please do not enter basement or locked storage closet.

We're excited to host you. Please review the additional rules below to be sure we're a good fit:

-Early check-in (anytime before 4pm) and late check-out (anytime after 10am) will incur an additional $25/hour fee. All requests for early check-in and late check-out must be brought forth via the VRBO messaging system and approved by our team in advance. Otherwise, our 4pm check-in time and 10am check-out time stands.

This listing is for an entire house and your group will be the only ones at the property during your stay.

This is a 3 story house- Guests must be comfortable with stairs:

**First floor: The living room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, backyard access, laundry facilities, and dining area.
**Second floor: 3 bedrooms, balcony, and full bathroom.
**3rd floor: Work area.

The home is accessed through the front door via smartlock. We have a backup set of keys available via lockbox in case of an emergency.

We are pet friendly and our yard is fully fenced. Please take care of your pets inside and outside of the home for their safety and comfort.

All guests must respect quiet hours as our neighborhood is full of families and students.

The home is located in a prime & highly sought location but Main Street can be busy in our happening city. Our space is naturally great with sound from the street but please note that there might be standard city noises such as kids playing, foot traffic, car traffic.

Bookings that are made in the same city as guest resides may be canceled by host. Talk to us first! NO parties, smoking, drugs, or illegal activity. Thank you.
