The first room they put me in the door wouldn’t lock. The second room was dirty and had roaches. The staff were not courteous. When I arrived to check in the lobby was locked for an unknown reason and I had to check in from a small window.

The Front desk worker, a young woman was beyond rude and unprofessional! She has no customer service skills whatsoever! She spent more time smiling in different mens faces then paying attention to her job! I will not stay here ever again.

What I didn't like about this facility is that the rooms are outside entry. There is a big glass window and the room is dark. I saw some shady looking characters. It reminds me of hotels for people that don't have a place to stay. Not judging but when traveling alone, I didn't feel safe.

The ammenities could really come up allot higher, cleanliness was terrible, and the place needs a new face lift. Other than that location was perfect for accesing the Military base there.

Despite being a lower cost motel, the room was OK and the bed was clean and made to perfection. There was a big window in front, but I kept the drapes closed since everyone walks right past. The motel overall looks tired and the included breakfast was so-so. Access is a bit difficult and not as intuitive as I wanted - but easy to get used. Staff was friendly.

Toiltet was dirty, bathroom curtins broken . I felt it was 1970. The physical arragment in the room has not been.updated in over 30 years. The phone from 1972. We arrived late and told us there was no elevator. Next morning we found there was elevator. Not recommended. Cleaning staff was great my only positive comment.

We have stayed at this property many times as we visit Columbus once or twice a year. I was shocked that this time it required a $50 deposit as I never had to do this in the past. It's close to where we are visiting though and affordable and clean. I would say the worst complaint is there is a lot of people smoking weed somewhere outside and the smell is horrible when you open your room door.
