'Comfortable. We’ll stay there again.'

'The room was clean and put together well. The staff member was very nice, I arrived very late with a toddler and she made check-in as fast as possible and was very kind. Check out was easy, I was just trying to hand over my cards but someone was already being helped, and seeing that I had my hands full the man at the desk very momentarily stopped what he was doing to take my cards and went back to helping the other guest, staying professional to us both.'

'Our go to hotel when we go to Vancouver for dog shows! The staff is great!'

'Het ontbrak aan niets! Heerlijk buiten kunnen ontbijten zelfs.'

'Water filter in gym was a problem.'

'Not like pictures'

'Room clean bed comfy great body products and quiet at night! All staff very pleasant and kind'

'Stayed in the women’s hostel and there was no AC. 12 beds and fully booked made for incredibly hot night with little airflow.'

'Nice breakfast. The circuit breaker for our jetted tub wasn't working. It kept tripping.'

'Very nice'

'Great location. Very clean. Great place overall. Towels were a little scratchy. Walls were a bit thin, you could hear others and TV next door. Close to many restaurants and the mall was great.'

'Knus hotel in schattig, Amerikaans dorpje. '

'Ok hotel, comfortable bed, some parts need refurbishing. '

'The beds were so small that two adults couldn’t fit comfortably in them and they were like sleeping on springs. When one person rolls over, the other person bounced all over the place. There was urine down the sides of the toilet and on the floor. The staff seemed put-off by common questions. We were unable to have breakfast because it wasn’t available before 6am and we needed to leave by 5:45. The overnight parking was $20 per day and it’s $24 for the convenience of parking at the airport...

'Clean room and courteous staff. 5 minutes from the airport! Food and shopping within walking distance.'
