Nestled just steps from the scenic Shooks Run Trail, this stylish and thoughtfully designed 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families, groups, or remote workers.



Inside, you'll find a bright, modern space with an open layout, comfortable beds, and an inviting living area. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, and the dedicated coffee bar is perfect for your morning routine. For remote work or study, there is designated office space in 2 of the bedrooms!



Bedroom 1

Features two full beds and a dedicated desk area—perfect for work or study. The attached private bathroom includes a large glass-enclosed shower and generous closet space right in the bathroom for all your belongings.



Bedroom 2

Bright and inviting, this room offers a comfortable queen bed and a desk framed by a beautiful three-panel window, letting in plenty of natural light. Ample closet space keeps your stay organized and clutter-free.



Bedroom 3

Welcome to your stylish home away from home! This inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bath getaway blends comfort, convenience, and a touch of boho flair—perfect for families, friends, or small groups.



Bedroom 1 features a plush queen bed, dresser, chic boho wall art, a hanging rod for your wardrobe, and a full-length mirror for getting ready in style.



Bedroom 2 offers full-size bunk beds, each designed for comfort and convenience. The top bunk even has a built-in charging port, so your devices stay powered up. You’ll also find a dresser, boho wall art, a closet with a hanging rod, and another full-length mirror.



The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub and a tall shower head, perfect for a soothing soak or a refreshing rinse.



In the fully stocked kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to whip up meals, including a dishwasher, stove top and oven, and a large fridge with freezer, and a nice 6 person dining table to enjoy meals.



There is a very comfy couch with a coffee table, some foot stools, and a tv or canes to enjoy while you’re there!



The homes also features a washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, smart lock entry, and plenty of entertainment—from indoor games to outdoor cornhole in the spacious backyard. After a day of adventure, relax in the private hot tub or gather around for an evening of grilling and connection under the stars by the fire pit.



•Winter Hot Tub Notice•



We are happy to offer the hot tub year-round. However, when outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F (especially below freezing temps), the hot tub may have difficulty maintaining temperatures above approximately 92°F due to normal heat loss in freezing conditions.



We ensure the hot tub is functioning properly and heated prior to each guest’s arrival, but extreme cold weather can impact maximum temperature and heat recovery time. This is considered normal winter performance and not a mechanical issue.



Please keep the cover closed when not in use to help retain heat.



Weather-related temperature limitations are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or partial credits.



The homes includes wheelchair ramp access, 4 designated parking spots in the back driveway, and free street parking out front with a designated handicap spot as well for added convenience.
