Enjoyed clean, bright, spacious, comfortable and well prepared duplex. Quiet, comfortable beds, adequate hot water, guide books and notebook with local food and sites of interest appreciated.Grocery store and gasoline nearby. Many activities with a half hour drive of Vrbo. Definitely recommend!

Great family location!

This was the perfect fit for our family together. There's nothing fancy about this place, but it is well thought out and all of what we needed and then some was there. The space is open and great for gathering either inside or out.

Great for families!

Our family of six stayed here for the week while we were in town to drop off our son for I-Day at USAFA. The home is very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely everything I normally pack to stay in a VRBO was provided, which was such a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was completely stocked, which I very much appreciated since we ate all our meals in. We had a wonderful time soaking in those last few days with our basic cadet playing the yard games and the many provided board games. Location was super convenient to both stores and USAFA. We are already looking forward to our next stay here for Parent’s Weekend.

We had a long weekend for family time and kids activities. This was a great location, close to many amenities. We enjoyed the back yard and having space for our entire family. We enjoyed meals together and the toys for our little one was a plus!! Thank you for the nice stay!

Perfect Parents Weekend Home

The property was very clean, beds prepped well, everything was all tidy and neat! The kitchen was well equipped with necessities. We loved the main level shared bathroom because the shower was huge😀 my son loved the chess board and sitting outside to do his homework. My in-laws liked the basement bedroom as well. There was a living room in the basement which we didn’t get to use as we were all gathering upstairs. The laundry area was very clean as well. Highly recommended and will be booking again if we come in large group. Thank you Brent & Jenn Just a suggestion: perhaps would be good to update your folder giving more details where guests should throw the trash & recycling. We asked, they were prompt to response so it wasn’t a hassle at all. 👍

The owners are very kind & responsive. We appreciated the supply of paper products, the comfortable beds the supply of towels. The location was perfect for our activities in both Manitou & Colorado Springs. There were plenty of restaurants & stores nearby.

Great location with many amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and it was more than enough space for 4 adults. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living rooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The location was in a great location close to many attractions. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again!

Top notch rental exceeded my expectations

I have been renting through vrbo for 20 years and this rental is truly superior and I would recommend it to anyone. Some of the most important things I look for when researching rentals is the location, beds, kitchen, showers, & cleanliness. They were awesome on all counts. I felt very safe at this location. I took walks by myself with no worry. Walmart is 9 minutes away - very convenient. The beds were big, clean and comfortable. The sheets smelled cleanly laundered. (At other rentals we found sheets with hair, and stains and didnt smell laundered and had to strip the bed and wash everything). So such a pleasant experience to find clean sheets. The kitchen was top notch. They had lots of dishes and everything for cooking. Everything was new and plentiful. They even had a welcome basket with granola bars etc. Items for baking, tin foil, butter, veg oil, etc and complimentary tea & water in the fridge. Everything was super clean. Showers were nice and had shampoo, conditioner & bath gel. Towels were new, clean & plentiful. Lots of games indoors and out They have street parking but it was never a problem. I parked right in front of the door every time. The owner/manager was super responsive. Ex. The smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm was beeping due to a low battery and they immediately fixed it. This rental and the owners exceeded our expectations and everything was wonderful. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Property owner was very responsive to our needs . Everything we needed was provided including places to go and restaurants to try! The gift card for Josh and John ice cream was very thoughtful! So with the snacks on arrival. Quiet and safe neighborhood; the rooms are exactly like the pictures. Kinda nice to get a break from loading the wash like other properties. House was very clean, spacious and very well stocked. Location is great, just off highway and a quick drive to some of the sites. Owners reached out to us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable! Nice finished basement. Highly recommend this place!

Great meeting space!

We had a quick business trip where we needed to have a place to stay and a place to meet all day. This place was perfect! Bright and cheery atmosphere, TV easily connected to our laptops for viewing, the backyard was a fun break in between sessions. The hosts were 'johnny on the spot' anytime I reached out with a question. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly cozy!

We came late May for a girls weekend away, planning to hike. But, a snow storm kept us in and the property was the perfect place to be. We cooked a lot of meals and enjoyed both areas to hang out. The house is beautiful and they provide so much. It was very roomy (for 7 adults!) and the owners were kind and helpful, even coming to scoop snow! Would highly recommend!

Super cute, functional, comfy and convenient!

This house worked perfectly for our family! My husband and I, along with 3 adult children stayed here when we came to visit our other son and his fiancĂ© that live in Colorado Springs. It’s waaay bigger inside than you think when you first pull up. We played a lot of games at the kitchen table- some we packed, but they have a great supply (not to mention some backyard chess games😊)and cooked several meals. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds and bedding were all comfy. No issues with WiFi or streaming. We would definitely rent here again when/if we need the space. This would also work swell if you had preteens or teenagers, as the basement (with a killer football table) would be perfect for separation of kids and adultsđŸ˜‰đŸ™ŒđŸ» The owners were very pleasant to work with and the door locking system is super easy to work and no keys to keep up with!!! The thermostat was a bit tricky to work, but I mostly chalk that up to our inexperience with the new age thermostat😆. It is a duplex, but we never once heard the adjoining neighbors. Thanks for a great stay!!
