The home was a great place to relax with 3 of my kids (ages 6 to 11) while we were in Colorado Springs while 1 of my kids went to a camp nearby. The kitchen was a great help... I was able to save money on dining out by making meals and grilling during the week. Everyone was comfortable; the AC worked well and the beds were cozy. Plenty of room for us! I appreciated the interior design... felt like our home away from home.

Perfect space for us!

This house was just perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs. We had two couples and more than enough room. It was nice that each couple had their own space (one up and one down). The house is decorated very cute and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and in a centrally located area for everything that we wanted to get to. Thanks for a great stay!

Great for families!

Our family of six stayed here for the week while we were in town to drop off our son for I-Day at USAFA. The home is very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely everything I normally pack to stay in a VRBO was provided, which was such a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was completely stocked, which I very much appreciated since we ate all our meals in. We had a wonderful time soaking in those last few days with our basic cadet playing the yard games and the many provided board games. Location was super convenient to both stores and USAFA. We are already looking forward to our next stay here for Parent’s Weekend.

Perfect Parents Weekend Home

The property was very clean, beds prepped well, everything was all tidy and neat! The kitchen was well equipped with necessities. We loved the main level shared bathroom because the shower was huge😀 my son loved the chess board and sitting outside to do his homework. My in-laws liked the basement bedroom as well. There was a living room in the basement which we didn’t get to use as we were all gathering upstairs. The laundry area was very clean as well. Highly recommended and will be booking again if we come in large group. Thank you Brent & Jenn Just a suggestion: perhaps would be good to update your folder giving more details where guests should throw the trash & recycling. We asked, they were prompt to response so it wasn’t a hassle at all. 👍

The owners are very kind & responsive. We appreciated the supply of paper products, the comfortable beds the supply of towels. The location was perfect for our activities in both Manitou & Colorado Springs. There were plenty of restaurants & stores nearby.

Great location with many amenities!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and it was more than enough space for 4 adults. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living rooms were well stocked with everything we needed. The location was in a great location close to many attractions. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in Colorado Springs again!

Top notch rental exceeded my expectations

I have been renting through vrbo for 20 years and this rental is truly superior and I would recommend it to anyone. Some of the most important things I look for when researching rentals is the location, beds, kitchen, showers, & cleanliness. They were awesome on all counts. I felt very safe at this location. I took walks by myself with no worry. Walmart is 9 minutes away - very convenient. The beds were big, clean and comfortable. The sheets smelled cleanly laundered. (At other rentals we found sheets with hair, and stains and didnt smell laundered and had to strip the bed and wash everything). So such a pleasant experience to find clean sheets. The kitchen was top notch. They had lots of dishes and everything for cooking. Everything was new and plentiful. They even had a welcome basket with granola bars etc. Items for baking, tin foil, butter, veg oil, etc and complimentary tea & water in the fridge. Everything was super clean. Showers were nice and had shampoo, conditioner & bath gel. Towels were new, clean & plentiful. Lots of games indoors and out They have street parking but it was never a problem. I parked right in front of the door every time. The owner/manager was super responsive. Ex. The smoke alarm or carbon monoxide alarm was beeping due to a low battery and they immediately fixed it. This rental and the owners exceeded our expectations and everything was wonderful. I would recommend this house to anyone.
