We really liked the Penthouse and definitely stay again if we're ever in Colorado Springs. Wish we could've figured out how to turn on the fireplace and control the ceiling fan in the living room! Written instructions would be great!

Stayed in October for a family wedding at the Broadmoor. The location was amazing as it was close to everything in the Colorado Springs area. The place accommodated 4 adults and a teenager, although there was 1 bathroom. The patio was amazing, as the view was spectacular! One of the cleanest rentals I have ever been in! Reasonably priced, especially for a public school teacher. Overall, I was extremely pleased with our stay.

The place is perfect for a larger group. Very clean and organized. I loved the rooftop deck and private entrance. Will definitely book again if I'm staying in the area.

Wow! Great location, excellent value!

We really enjoyed our time staying here! The location was great for plenty of outdoor activities and great places to eat. The view of the mountains was awesome and we loved sitting outside on the balcony taking in the views. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with necessities. We didn't have a ton of money to spend on accommodations, so we really appreciated the value of this place and were impressed with how perfect it was. Also super clean!
