'This was the best stay that I’ve had in several years! The owners were very kind and extremely helpful, especially given that I messed up the date of my reservation. The property was quiet, relaxing, and well stocked with everything that we needed. There’s nothing that I would suggest for improvements! I would absolutely stay here again anytime that I’m in the area!'

'The host was timely and responsive with his communication. This was an ideal location since we were spending most of our time in the Redlands area. This was a free standing unit with no common walls so the accommodation was very quiet. The small patio made it easy to spend time outdoors eating breakfast.'

'The owners didn’t communicate check in details so we tried for a couple hours to reach them. Since VRBO didn’t have them either, they were zero help! The owner ended up calling and apologized for the inconvenience. Things happen so no harm done. The place was nice and just as described. Other than the check in snag, everything else was nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend- just make sure day before arrival you get door code! Great location.'

We had trouble checking in & called the property manager three times with no answer, nor did they ever call back or text to make sure we were able to check in successfully. The plumbing was terrible. The toilet barely flushed & the shower water pressure & hot water didn’t really work. We almost called for maintenance help but knew we wouldn’t get a response.
