Stay in a brand new apartment ideally located in the heart of Colmar, within the Résidence du Champ de Mars. Perfect for a business trip, couple's getaway, or tourist visit, you'll enjoy a central location and fully equipped accommodation for your comfort.



This studio, opening in December 2025, has been designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both short stays and business trips.



You benefit from optimized space with a 160x200 double bed, an equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, cooktop, microwave, mini refrigerator, kettle) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

In the heart of historic Colmar

8 minutes walk from Petite Venise

13 minutes walk from the train station



You are in close proximity to shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.



A paid public parking lot (Parking RAPP) is accessible within less than 2 minutes walk.

House Rules:

🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🛏️ Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, and tidy up inside the apartment.



🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, housekeeping during the stay with change of linens is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email the day before arrival. Non-refundable service.



🐶 Pets are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
