'We arrived at 6:00 PM to check in, but our room was not ready—despite the official check-in time being 4:00 PM. We were not placed in a room until after 9:00 PM. To make matters worse, the pool water looked incredibly cloudy and lacked proper maintenance. Navigating the hotel was also highly frustrating; the surrounding area is under heavy construction, and there is no clear signage explaining how to enter the parking lot. Getting in and out of the property was incredibly confusing.'

'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. I always book a hotel from that chain and the one in Ashland was no exception. Breakfast is typically US, so not the best but super bad either.'

'My stay was not good. I had trouble getting into the room because the key reader was not reading the keycard properly and we had to keep trying for like 10 min to get the door to open every time we went out and in the room. I also did not get my room cleaned up when I was told it would be cleaned up and it never had the do not disturb sign on the door. I also had asked for extra blankets and towels for my room because the sofa bed needed blankets and I did not receive them until I had to go ask...

'The property was dirty and smelly. The floors were stained and the place reeked of pot. The TV screen was very small. The bed was rock hard but clean. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer and when showering, the tub did not empty. The breakfast was 1 bagel, 0 coffee, 2 juices, 2 selections of cereal and waffle mix with 1 waffle maker. It was noisy, you can hear thru the walls. It's right next to an airport. We stayed but not sure why. Never again! I would never recommend this place.'
