« Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité aux grands axes comme la M25 près de Londres tout en bénéficiant d'un cadre bucolique et très calme.Le petit déjeuner est correct et copieux (buffet à l'anglaise). Par contre la ville de Dorking à proximité ne présente aucun charme particulier. »

« Nous avons passé trois nuit à l'hôtel. Nous avions réservé une chambre dans l'une des annexes en profitant d'une belle promotion. Nous qui avions peur d'avoir une chambre "au rabais", nous avons été très agréablement surpris et très heureux d'avoir une belle chambre, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, bien équipée et très propre! De même pour la salle de bain (avec baignoire!:-) ) propre, fonctionnelle et moderne! Nous étions dans le Lodge (annexe à l'entrée du parc) qui malgré être en bord de route...

« The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!! »
