« Absolutely no heating, complained two times, said they reset the boiler but still nothing, had to ask a portable heating device, not acceptable for the prixe of the night. Also didn’t get any hot water in the morning »

« We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. »

« Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

« Lovely clean modern apartment. Just what we needed for 1 night stay, 2 Adults and 3 Children, all slept comfortably. 2 double beds in one room and a pull out double bed in the lounge area. Only issue if you like to sleep in darkness, the bedroom goes dark well at night with the 2 double beds but the lounge area has a glass ceiling with no pull down blinds/curtains so in the summer, could be a issue. However, my 14yr slept well all night as she usually sleeps with a curtain/blind open. Very...
