'Perfect for a short stay to visit son at Kent! Very clean. Staff helpful. Beds floors bathrooms all clean and neat. The electric shade in our room did not work so I did sleep with parking lot light in my face all night, which was no bueno. But I didn't report because we got there late and I was too tired. Lobby very nice. Right next door to Sheetz so awesome for convenience. Will stay again.'

'The property overall is outdated. It didn't bother me though because the hotel is very clean. The staff were wonderful. I was checked in right away and before check in time started. The restaurant was closed, but the front desk person went over there to grab me a cup of ice anyway. After getting my key and heading up to the 4th floor (the top floor), we noticed multiple bleach stains on the carpet in the hallway. Our room was spacious but lacked seating. There was a single chair in the corner...
