'There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.'

'Room was really nice and comfortable. Great stop on a road trip for an overnight rest. 'I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. 'My stay at this inn was excellent. Plenty of easy parking with good lighting and safe feeling. Check in service was super fast and friendly. Front desk, and all staff were very pleasant, smiled and polite. Room cleaned well, and all amenities worked well. Nice TV and beds comfortable. 'Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help...
