'We stayed one night prior to our week on the island. Location is great for the night before crossing the bridge onto HHI. Room was comfortable and clean, check in was smooth and quick. Amenities were lacking a complimentary breakfast. If that is important to you, then look elsewhere. There is complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast is available for a charge of 17$ adult, 10$ for a child. I opted to go down the road to McDonalds,just a short drive....

'My Fourth of July stay at the Red Roof Inn Hilton Head Island was extremely disappointing. The room was unsanitary, with blood on the curtains and dirty diapers left outside.
