A dedicated luggage room provides practical additional storage space. The ground floor also includes a shower and WC, as well as a sauna, and benefits from underfloor heating throughout. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped to meet all culinary needs. On the upper floor, 3 further bedrooms are available, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and each room features its own flat-screen television. The upper floor is served by a full bathroom with bath, shower, and WC. The property also benefits from a private garden and a furnished terrace, making outdoor living an integral part of the experience.
