« Stayed in the Scudamore apartment for a few days. The property is easy to find with plenty of parking. Easy access and both Nadia and Claire were very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. The apartment has absolutely everything we needed, very comfortable, clean and tidy. The shower is excellent and milk tea coffee were provided as well as the very much appreciated mini jaffas. Will definitely stay again. »

« We stayed in this hotel last night for 1 night. The location is perfect to get to Ross-on-Wye and is located on A road. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. 2 rooms were allocated to us opposite each other which was convenient for a family. Large rooms and bathrooms, very clean with attention to details. Very comfy bed. Food was also very good. My children loved it. Overall great experience. « It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything. "L'accueil et le service pourrait être améliorés. Il y a très peu d'options pour déjeuner et dîner aux alentours, et sans pouvoir se déplacer en voiture, les repas sont très répétitifs mais aussi chers. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service de restauration sur place ou, au moins, un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. C'est un hôtel de bon standing, propre mais à ce tarif, un petit réfrigérateur devrait être installé de base dans les chambres. De plus, le téléviseur était un modèle ancien et de taille réduite... On espère mieux pour ce type d'hôtel et ce tarif. Dommage. "
