« We can recommend this hotel unreservedly. Staff went out of their way to help us with our problems and make us comfortable. We first had to change our reservation due to the train strike and Joey took care of that, next we wanted twin instead of double beds and Emily took care of that. Everytime we asked for help they were able to do something. The hotel is very conveniently located in the high street, clean and welcoming. Food in the bar is excellent. »

« The young receptionist/bar person (I didn’t get her name but she is slim with dark hair and a tattoo on her upper body) was extremely accommodating and so helpful. I had a lot of work to do in my room but needed to have a meal. I asked if I could eat my meal in my room, so ordered it and began to wait. She very kindly offered to deliver the meal to my room when it was ready. The meal was delivered 15 minutes later by this lovely young lady and with a smile. Great customer service, thank you so...
