« Such a nice property! The view is STUNNING and the sunsets every night are unbeatable. I love that the cottage is older and rustic. Something about it just calms you down and makes all your worries wash away. You are a short drive to 2 grocery stores, things to do, a couple restaurants, and plenty of baked goods! Yum! The only thing we agreed was not the best was the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable and there were a couple nights we didn't sleep well. But otherwise we were calm and happy the...

« The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. »

« Great location to the sights of Vermont. Spacious home for 4 adults. Everyone had their own bedroom. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen is small but fine to make adequate meals. But for us , we like to do takeouts when on vacation. This home is on the water, making great views. Too much sea grass to get over to swim but there are kayaks to enjoy. »

« We truly enjoyed our 7 day stay at this location.The sunsets on the lake were beautiful. The area is very peaceful and quite. It's just a short ride to local stores, farm markets, deli and restaurants. Our host Chris, her husband and son were so helpful. The cottage was clean and well equipt with what you would need. »

« This was a very convenient location to have beautiful lake views and a quick drive to Burlington. Only complaint is conflicting info about whether or not pets were welcome. Online listing said no but when we arrived a sign said pets were welcome so that was frustrating as we had to arrange care for our pets while we were away. Since we spent a good deal of our time at the home we would’ve really appreciated being able to bring our dog. »
