A refundable security deposit of $1,000 will be pre-authorised the day before check-out covering damages and unapproved guests. Released within 7 days.

An extra guest fee of $40 per person per night applies for more than 4 guests, charged for each night of the stay. Please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of guests before arrival.

No smoking anywhere on the property or balcony — an additional $100 cleaning fee applies.

Please leave the property reasonably clean and tidy with dishes washed and put away before departure.

Please use the outdoor shower at the front door to remove any sand before entering the property.
