Cette maison rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e de 1919 est au cƓur du quartier historique des jardins. À seulement 4 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de Sherman Ave. pour faire du shopping, manger et se divertir. Montez Ă  bord d'un des vĂ©los Beach Cruiser et dirigez-vous vers le lac. Notre maison offre le cadre de jardin idĂ©al pour la famille et les amis. Bain Ă  remous, barbecue et foyer, kayaks, planche Ă  pagaie et croiseurs de plage tous pour votre plaisir et inclus dans le prix! Le remodelage de la cuisine sera terminĂ© le 15 dĂ©cembre, nous publierons bientĂŽt de nouvelles images. Veuillez nous contacter pour toute question que vous pourriez avoir. Wedding Weekend with Family

We were 6 adults and a black lab. We had a family wedding weekend at the resort. We preferred to stay at your VRBO so we could have quality family time under one roof. The attention to detail in this home is amazing. Thank you so much for the use of this beautiful home.

Amazing House!

We rented this property for a Birthday/Girls trip weekend. I was perfect! Everything you could ever need was at the house. Plus extras, like a hot tub and igloo enclosure with heater. The house was warm and cozy, the rooms had wonderful beds and a ton of room. Everything was in walking distance from the house. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this house and will be visiting again!

Great property

Beautiful older style home, we were only able to stay for one night but the kitchen was fully stocked (loved the many coffee options/amenities). Might be hard for some to go up and down the stairs however a bed can be made downstairs. Igloo was so cute and we ordered a smores board that topped the experience. Highly recommend staying here with friends and family it was a perfect place to celebrate my friend and Is 29th birthday. Wished we were able to stay longer than one day. Very comfy home and host went over and beyond

Our favorite stay yet

We have been staying in vacation rentals for years and this by far has been our absolute favorite. The house is absolutely beautiful with charming details in every room. When I say this house felt like home, I absolutely mean it. Samantha was so kind and considerate, she knew we had an infant and was sure to leave out all the necessities from a pack and play to baby monitors, and the most adorable little ducky bath towel! The coffee bar was delightful, we felt spoiled. The property is inviting and cozy and made traveling with a bunch of kids feel like a treat. I can’t express enough how in love we are with this house and how much we appreciate the hospitality of Samantha. We cannot wait to come again!

Great house, perfect location

We had a great stay in CdA. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There are even bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards to enjoy. We would definitely stay again!

We highly recommend this house. Samantha decorates it so cute and vintage and has so many other perks like the kayaks, coolers, chairs, bikes, etc. she even tailors it to the age of the kids that are staying there with the set up! Amazing!

Thought of EVERYTHING!

We had such a wonderful stay at Samantha's property! She is just such an incredible hostess. The home oozes with charm and is tastefully decorated from top to bottom. There is not one detail Samantha didn't think of when creating this cozy and inviting space for her guests. From s'more kits and a fully stocked coffee/espresso bar to luxurious throw blankets and oversized pillows, she really thought of everything. We look forward to booking with her again next time we're in CDA!

CDA Getaway

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There is a fine attention to detail at the home that makes all the difference. We cooked quite a bit while we stayed and the kitchen was well stocked (I even found a juicer, blender, and hand mixer) with updated appliances. Overall a lovely rental!

Best Airbnb Stay that we’ve ever had!

From the time we booked to the time we checked out, our experience was perfect! The homeowner literally thought of everything and was so easy to reach with any questions etc! The house was exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. We were traveling with 4 adults and two child 3 and under. The den downstairs was the perfect size for a pack n play that was made available for us and our 3 year old slept in the upstairs in the twin bedroom. We were able to walk to everything and will be booking this house again for our future trips! Cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Perfect property, perfect host!

Samantha could not have been more helpful or accommodating of our needs. The amenity list for the property is above and beyond any vrbo I’ve stayed at previously. Beautiful shampoos, bath salts, and oils, every kind of coffee and tea one might want, all the dishes, pots, pans, and serving ware needed for a crowd, beautiful linens. The downtown location, hot tub, comfortable furnishings, and beautiful decor were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back! We love Samantha and her beautifully restored home.

Perfectly curated family trip

My family and I had a wonderful stay-including 2 kids under age 6! The house itself accommodated everyone perfectly and every detail has been considered in the updates. There are personalized touches throughout; coffee bar, well stocked kitchen, yard games, board games, artwork, music, travel guides, doggie supplies etc! Special comment must be paid to the supremely comfortable beds and bedding-slept like a dream with the ac units on! Bathrooms lovely. Cozy (warm and soft
not petite) living space with plenty of room to spread out and watch tv etc. The host is incredibly connected and communicative in all the right ways. Thank you, Samantha! Hope to visit again.
