'I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

'We only stayed here one night, but the staff were so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are HUGE. Breakfast was very filling, we were offered eggs, an assortment of bread, salad, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. The kids enjoyed the pool and the games out on the terrace. The manager, Toby, was very friendly and our kids loved his dog, Moon.'

'Taxi driver got very lost trying to find the hotel in the dark when we arrived. PLEASE put a sign on the main road & on the hotel door to help people find it. Breakfast wasn't served until 9am so we were unable to take it as we were on a work trip. Please consider travellers who are travelling for work and need to get to meetings by 9am so cannot wait for a late breakfast.'

'The hotel is nicely renovated with comfortable rooms. The price level is relatively high and the service in the hotel does not match the price level at all. One great lady at the reception, for the rest lots of guys in suits doing nothing and unable to help out in peak periods. Food is mediocre and the cleaning crew do their work during peak (breakfast, lunch etc.) periods. Was there for two nights and got two very annoying phone calls on what time I was planning to check out. '
