Spacious Renovated Condo - 1 block from the beach!

This lovely renovated and spacious beach side condo comes with granite counter tops, luxury vinyl flooring and upgraded furniture. Located within steps of beautiful Cocoa Beach (2 min walk to the sand and surf). Tastefully decorated for your enjoyment and appointed in a "don't worry, be happy" relaxing beach style, with parking for 2 cars. Perfect for snowbirds, families & professionals, has high speed 100GB Wi-Fi.

This is a fully furnished condo, sleeps 2. Linens, towels, iron & board, beach chairs, and cooler are all included. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen including utensils, pots & pans, bowls, plates, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Appliances include a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are available on each level.

The latest amenities - new 55" Smart HDTV in the living room, DVD player, and high speed 100GB Wi-Fi. Perfect for professionals.

Enjoy a large terrace on each floor with a cozy lounge area overlooking the manicured grounds with tropical foliage.. A perfect place to have your morning coffee, to relax after work or to hang-out after a day at the beach to enjoy your favorite beverage. A gas grill is available on the 1st floor for your use.

The condo is located in a recently upgraded building with a small number of units in a very desirable area and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located within walking distance to the famous Cocoa Beach pier, groceries, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment and a short drive to Port Canaveral for cruise ships and dining, Ron Jons, the Merritt Square Mall, Cocoa Village, Brevard Zoo, NASA and the Kennedy Space Center. Orlando shopping and attractions such as Universal Studios, Disney World, and Sea World are all within an hours drive. If you don't have a car there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. Also, Cocoa Beach trolley service runs Monday through Saturday 7:00am - 9:00pm and on Sunday 8:00am - 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach.

Fishing, boating, kayaking, golfing, bicycling and, of course, swimming and surfing are all activities that you can enjoy in the immediate area.

This unit is lovely, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. This is our 3rd year in this complex and we'll certainly come back again. Anna was onsite when we arrived and welcomed us warmly. We were fortunate to have been able to stay because the unit normally rents by the month rather than the week. We feel very lucky to have stayed here and happily recommend. It is very accommodating for 2 people. Stay here if you can :)

Lovely little place!

Lovely little place, just as described and it was immaculate! Very quiet neighborhood and only a very short walk (one block) to the beach, so convenient to be able to see the sunrise each morning and enjoy the sun and the water, beautiful and relaxing area All communications with the hosts were clear and informative - we were very happy with our stay!

Misleading listing! Otherwise a fine stay.

My wife and I booked this stay for a family event in Florida. The listing before purchase stated that it would sleep 4 people and had two queen sized beds. 1 queen sized bed in the bedroom and 1 queen sized bed in the living space via pull out couch. Come to find out, the couch is a regular couch that does not pull out. Couch sleeps one comfortably though. What was not mentioned in the listing at all (until after our stay) it is my strong belief that it was edited in after my complaint that there was a queen sized blow up mattress in the bedroom closet… that is an unacceptable step down from a pull out couch. My wife and I booked this location hoping to allow my in laws to stay with us for 1 night. Again the listing was misleading, or edited in post to say that guest were allowed and then to say guests are only allowed with a significant up-charge in price. That did not sit well for me at all. Needless to say they couldn’t stay anyway since there was no where for them to sleep. All in all, this condo was sufficient for 2, but for the price point and for what we thought we got it for, it very much disappointed. Read, re-read and always screenshot listings prior to purchase.

Nice get-away

Unit was very clean and location was great, just a block from the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, a small cooler, beach toys for kids were all available to use. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside so it wasn't a big deal. Great little place to spend a week.

Our unit was adorable and bright. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Our host and hostess were lovely and very helpful. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need including welcoming coffee, tea and a few condiments. The bed was super comfortable with all the linens and towels supplied. We were walking distance to a gorgeous beach, lots of restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the shared outdoor patio and loved going for evening walks to Cocoa Beach Pier and watching the cruise ships sail by in the evening. We loved our stay and will definitely return next time we come to Cocoa Beach.

We wanted a place with some comfort that may allow us to watch a launch. Lots of nice touches in the property with a great many “extras” left by previous visitors. A very short walk to the fabulous beach which allowed a great view of a launch. Owners were great at communicating. Sensibly priced. We would definitely stay there again.
