So Disappointed
I have used VRBO many times and have always been pleased, but not this time.There were only two nice things about staying here it was a very short distances to beach and the beach was not busy.The parking spots are so small that when another car was parked beside us our daughter who is very skinny couldn't even get in the car. Upon arrival the place looked clean, but upon further inspection it wasn't all that clean. There was hair in the shower left from someone before us. We had to kill multiple spiders and our feet kept getting dirty from the floor. I know, it was the floor because it would happen after we had showered each day.The bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and lumpy. Also, if you close the door there is a loud noise anytime the AC is on.The kitchen was well stocked, but the oven is older and took 30 plus minutes to preheat.The worst part of the trip was that we had to unexpectedly bring an additional child with us, which I had planned to let them know about and was willing to pay any additional fee, but the contact person reached out to me before I even had a chance to reach out saying the property manager had reported us. I was shocked by how everything was handle as they told us we had broke the 4 person rule, but that rule was nowhere to be seen on the VRBO app. I was told we might not be allowed to stay. After about an hour of not knowing if we could stay, they let us pay a fee. Whole thing could have been handled in minutes, sadly.
