AVA Cocoa Beach is less than 200ft to beach access! Closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels! This gorgeous one bedroom apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental property offering beautiful, modern, coastal, resort-style apartments next to the beach. Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier; Turn left - rockets and cruise ships! We have over 2,000, 5-STAR reviews at this quaint 10 unit property. Beach gear provided!

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this one bedroom apartment that has the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous tile floors.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with flat screen TV's, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality queen size Stearns & Foster mattress is in this unit. A commercial grade sofa sleeper is also in this unit.

There are two chairs and a table right outside and nearby is a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

Cocoa Beach Getaway for Spring Break

My teen daughters and I popped over to Cocoa Beach from the Orlando area while traveling from Ohio for spring break. Perfect size for us three girls and a quick and easy walk to the beach from someone who has a bum leg and walking can be difficult. If my husband had come along, we may have been a bit crowded as the bathroom is strictly for one at a time at the sink, but we took turns. The shower is a little tight, too, for someone bigger, but was fine for two nights. We had a lovely stay at this location that was in a nice neighborhood and easy to get to shopping, etc.

Great Stay

Perfect for a couple. Really clean and fresh. The whole property looks recently updated. Nice outdoor areas to sit and have coffee. Lots of beach accessories to use, and the beach is a very short walk. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen & for the beach was provided. The place was clean inside and the surroundings as well. Loved the out door seating area, grilling area & a smoking area. This was our second stay here & brought along 4 other friends who were very pleased with their rooms & accommodations. We will be back in August as this is our go to place to stay when we’re in Cocoa Beach. During this stay we got to meet the lovely owner who was super friendly, accommodating & she gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. Highly recommend staying here!

Darling beach cottage

This property was absolutely darling, and everything you could ever want on vacation. Immaculate and very well located, just steps to the beach. Only complaint was the bathroom a brighter light and the tv was hard to navigate. The pull out sofa was super comfy as was the bed in the one bedroom. Restaurant book was extremely helpful! We will definitely be back next time we come to town.

This was a very clean property. It was perfect for my husband and myself. It would not have been good with more people. The bathroom was small but it was no big deal, really. My husband is 6 foot 5 so most bathrooms are hard for him generally. All and all it was great! The beach was very close by and beautiful. We would stay here again
