This condo was wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could have needed. The balcony was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fully stocked and we slept great. My only complaint was the cleaning service arrived at 8:30 the morning we were leaving and we felt pressure to get out. She said outside by the elevator and waited for us to leave. Our check out time was 10:00 and we left at 10:00 because of her. We will definity be back and hope to stay in this unit.

This property is an extremely clean, modern, and equipped condo. Tony, the owner, is very prompt and courteous with communication and contract details. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a 5th floor balcony off of the living room and a large window in the master bedroom that face the ocean. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, everything you need to prepare meals: tons of dishes, oven range, microwave, air fryer, griddle, blender, you name it, it was there. The refrigerator is large and has an ice maker and an excellent water filter. The water from the fridge did not have the "Florida water" taste, this was a very nice amenity. It has a closet full of beach and pool accessories and equipment: large umbrella, an umardoo canopy, chairs, toys, boogie boards. A very large supply of nice towels: bath towels and beach towels. Also, condo is well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds are very nice and comfortable and clean. My favorite thing about 507 was the shower. The shower heads and water pressure are excellent. The condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property is very safe. The beach access is close and easy. Also, the outdoor shower/hose area coming up from the beach is top notch to get the sand off of everything and yourself. I have stayed in numerous condos in Florida and this one is by far the best I have stayed at in terms of value for the size, location, cleanliness, and amenities.

AMAZING!

All we can say is Wow! This condo was the perfect choice for our beach vacation. Everything we could possibly need was provided. Spotless clean condo, comfy beds and living room furniture made our stay perfect. Love the balcony where we watched 3 Space X launches. Tony is the perfect host. Very friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose to stay in his condo. Would definitely come back.

great view and location

This place is nice and quiet. It has a direct view to the East, perfect for watching the waves roll in, the sunrise, and, rocket launches from Cape Canaveral or Kennedy Space Center. We watched four during our week there.They also have towels and toys for the beach. The owner is helpful and friendly.

Gathered with family during spring break and enjoyed the sunshine. Watched two rocket launches. Played pickleball on tennis court. Shopping and restaurants were close. Enjoyed pool and beach. Condo supplied with most everything you could need. Loved the decor! Trash chute was out of order during our stay; wish we had gloves as dumpster was very smelly. Master bedroom huge; attached bathroom big enough for one person, however guest bath much larger. Communication with owner was excellent! Thanks for a great week!

Everything was even better than expected. Condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Very comfortable!The ONLY negative is having to keep track of keys to get on and off the beach and into the pool area. Would come back!

Beach Front Sandcastle 507

We were sad to leave 507 Sandcastle after two wonderful months. The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic, and we spent countless hours enjoying it—morning, afternoon, and evening. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax and take in the beauty around us.The condo is well-furnished, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The reclining sofas were such a treat and added to the cozy atmosphere. The host was very responsive to our questions before we came and during our stay. The location is close to restaurants and major attractions are a short car ride away (Space Center, Historic Cocoa Village, Melbourne…to name a few. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped getaway!

Wonderful location! Needs a bit of updating

Our family of five adults met here for a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation. The location is wonderful as we walked to breakfast at the Whisk & Grind and the Salty Bagel, and a fantastic dinner at the 4th Street filling station. There is construction going on one building away - a Westin is being built. While the owner can’t control that, I did ask about it before signing the contract which contains a clause about that. He said it wasn’t bothersome when he was there but we had unfortunately been there when they were pounding supports into the ground which shook our building starting at 7am. The condo unit itself is very comfortable and has lots of amenities like beach chairs and full size washer and dryer which we really appreciated. The primary bedroom is very large with a small bathroom that could use some TLC (cleaning, painting and a screw stuck up in the drain that was sharp). We ate out for most meals, but the kitchen had everything we needed. Be careful - the fridge door doesn’t close on its own. Our biggest complaint is that the floors could have been cleaner, and the kitchen floor needs to be repaired. It seems that maybe the subfloor had been damaged so that there was a bump in the middle and everyone you walked in the kitchen the tiles would rub against each other and knock grout loose. Not the owners fault of course, but we got stuck in the elevator. The emergency services got us out right away, but the elevator was out of commission for a couple of days.

Fantastic location and beautiful view direct of the ocean

This place was perfect for our family. 5 adults. The kitchen had what we needed although we did not do much cooking at the condo. We loved the beautiful direct ocean view from this unit. It was clean and well kept. Proximity to the area attractions and things to do was perfect; very central to what we wanted. Beach chairs and boogie boards available and made our beach time very convenient. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Accommodations were just as depicted and owner was very helpful. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and walk to the beach was very easy. Condo has everything you need including beach chairs and umbrella. We would stay here again.
