Great surf trip with a friend! Great location for surf rentals, walking to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Perfect size for 2-4 people. I will be back!

We had a great time! The place was clean and cozy and the area was quiet. Just 4 mins to the beach which we frequented during our stay. We had everything we needed during our stay and were close enough to groceries for food!

Perfect - 11 points on a 10 point scale!

This is wonderful little house was very comfortable and perfectly maintained. It had two comfortable bedrooms (one with twin beds), a perfectly adequate kitchen for a short stay and a nice living room. It also had parking right at the door of the house and it was very close to the beach. A VRBO suoerstar. Communications with the house’s manager were excellent.

Cute and clean

This property was perfect for our family and our trip.It's roomy enough so you're not on top of each other. Having two bedrooms made it easier to get our son to sleep when he needed to. The washer and dryer was such a huge help, and we spent the whole time walking to restaurants and to the beach which is such a draw when you don't exactly know where you're going and are worried about parking. The shower was super roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed (although I didn't see any creamer for my coffee which was kind of a bummer, but I got it figured out). Selene checked on us several times and made it clear she was available for any questions or problems. I was super happy with this rental. Well worth the money!

Perfect Spot in Cocoa Beach!

This cottage is everything you need for a great beach vacation. Easy walking distance to the ocean and lots of great restaurants/cafes. The host was very communicative and made everything simple and easy. Beach gear and washer/dryer on the patio were an added bonus. 10/10 would come back again.

It was just the most cute and coziest please, came with everything that you need. Cruise to restaurants and shops, and local nightlife. Only three blocks from the beach, it was excellent!

Great location.

The only 2 negatives about my stay was the sprinkler turning on when I was loading my car, and the air deodorizer was overwhelming, I had to move them to the back porch.Better instructions for the TV would help us senior citizens.

Loved this place!

This is the quintessential beach cottage. Very well equipped, very clean, very homey. The linens were soft - not the sandpaper linens you get thru rental agencies. Great beach chairs, beach cart, everything you need! SUPER convenient to NUMEROUS restaurants/bars, short walk to historic Cocoa Beach & 1 block off the ocean - easy stroll. Will definitely be back!

Great location, walkable to lots of eats and 2 blocks from the beach sand. The added beach provided accessories where great too. Will definitely be staying again and have already recommended to people. Quick & good communication with host when needed made things that much easier as well.

Exactly what we were looking for!

We loved this cute cottage! It had everything we needed for the beach, which was only a block away. Great restaurants within walking distance. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The host was very helpful and even sent messages about local events in the area. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you!

The Perfect Stay

The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Cocoa Beach. Debra our host was very helpful. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again upon our return to the area.

Grandkid trip

Three days and a half with our grandson in FL. We chose Cocoa Beach for proximity to Sea World and the Kennedy Space Center. We chose our wonderful VRBO for beach access. Also we found the area walkable to shops and restaurants! Debra was an amazing host!

Best Cottage Ever

Absolutely ADORABLE cottage close to everything...lush foliage and great decor. We will for sure be looking to return soon. Could not think of anything missing...had a relaxing week, and our furbabies loved the enclosed yard.

This vacation home is exactly as advertised! Great location in downtown Cocoa Beach and a block off the beach. Everything provided to walk to the beach and enjoy the day. Great spot for our family of three and will definitely use again in the upcoming years.

What a Gem!

The beach cottage furnishings are very charming and luxurious, and the the provided amenities were such a treat. Both made our stay extra special. We appreciated Debra Concepcion’s friendly communications and explicit instructions. That made us feel welcomed and set expectations that were easy to meet.We have stayed in Cocoa Beach many times in previous years for family gatherings, but from now on, we know THE VERY BEST place to stay.
