Beau condo sur le bord de la mer

Nous avons loué ce condo avec nos 2 adolescents pendant 10 jours. Le condo est très spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Avons apprécié la laveuse-sécheuse dans l'unité. Les lits sont confortables. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les électroménagers. Ce condo est bien situé à Cocoa Beach, à distance à pied du fameux Pier. Le complexe est super bien entretenu avec une belle grande piscine. Le processus de check-in est super facile et les procédures sont envoyées à l'avance. Je recommande ce condo sans hésitation.

Easy and accommodating check-in and check-out process. Location was fabulous and the unit provided beach necessities, which was great. In unit laundry was also a plus.

Did the Job

We really appreciated the warm welcome—the snack basket, extra toiletries, and airy décor were such thoughtful touches! The beach towels and chairs were convenient. There are a few areas that could use extra attention. We come to Cocoa Beach often to see family and were hoping to find our go-to spot. With a bit more care, this place could be perfect! Good for adults but I’d be a little weary about small children here because of the cleanliness. It was a good trip and we had a place to rest our heads after our packed days.

Great property right on the beach!

This spot made it so easy for my family (ranging from a 4yo to seniors) to stay together and enjoy Cocoa Beach. We could go from the beach to the pool and the pier with minimal effort.

Great Time at Avon by the sea

Beautiful little condo, perfect for a stay at the beach. Sleeps four comfortably. Clean property, and even some extras to enjoy yourself to the beach (umbrella, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler). We had a great stay.

Perfect for families

We stayed for a week and it was great, very clean place. I loved that it was close to the beach. I have a family of 5 and he had plenty of space. I recommend it 100%, the only thing i would recommend is getting a new sofa bed 🛋. Everything else was great.

Fantastic

Loved this property and Nikki was great with communication after I asked for a later check out due to my brother flying back to England at 5pm! Fantastic location for the pier and restaurants. The pool and chairs were lovely & clean. Sean introduced himself to us while sitting on patio. The condo was clean and fresh smelling, beds comfortable and great clean linin. No clutter which I hate that collects dust! Kitchen was well stocked just one problem, fridge didn't have filtered water or ice machine but water was provided, not a problem though we got by! Bathrooms clean and stocked for our 2 night stay. Definitely stopping again and thank you Nikki & Sean.

A great location

Property management is excellent. The pool and pool area is cleaned daily. Th e complex is better suited to families or older adults - not party groups. This is our third stay here and we love it.

What a Beautiful Location!!!

We loved vacationing in this location! The location was perfect in proximity to the pier (Where the food and rum runners are great) and to other attractions on the island. We watched TWO rocket launches just from the beach alone. One at night and the other during the day. The pool is relaxing and quiet and if you can get past the occasional “Karen” that like to tell you when you are breaking a rule, it’s overall a really nice resort. We did a Dolphin tour, an alligator tour at Lone Cabbage (stay for the eats, it’s an interesting bit of bites), gator golf, and, of course, the beautiful beach views! This will definitely be a place that we will return to in the future!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Club. The unit was immaculate, spacious and completely updated. Everything we needed was there. We didn't use the beach chairs nor cooler being we brought our own. We also brought our own beach towels for the beach. We only used the unit's beach towels for the pool. Having a washer and dryer was a definite plus as was covered parking. We will definitely return to this unit provided it is available for our next vist to Cocoa Beach.

Great condo and good location

The only issue we had was being yelled at by the property manager. My grand daughter had a floatation device at the pool and the lady manager told us that it wasn't allowed so we removed it from pool and set it aside. The male manager came through and threatened to cut it up and throw it away and then threw it over the fence. None of that was necessary

Great location and clean condo

The pictures were spot on and the place was spacious for our family. We had friends staying in two other second floor units on the property and we loved our first floor unit. Easy access to the pool & beach. We loved being so close to everything. We would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this location! The only thing that needs to be improved upon is the kitchen needs to be more equipped with necessities and it needs a lot more linens. We had to wash towels and washcloths every day bc of the lack of fresh linens. Overall it’s a quiet place and it’s super nice being on the beach.
