'Toilet doesn't work they would not change my room. They did fix toilet but then they had roaches the plugs won't hold anything The mini refrigerator went out No trash can Never again 😒 I really deserve half my money back.'

'Ingrid and Claude, the proprietors, were delightful, friendly, and available for questions or needs or conversation without being intrusive. The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! '

'Myself and my children most of all my grandkids had a great time. We just went for a long weekend so I could show my grandkids the lake,fishing and boats'

'The morning staff at the desk was ok but the housekeeping was horrible, they did not change Our sheets on our beds, the trash was still there when we came back from our event. And the sheets looked like they never been changed, there were spots on the pillow cases etc. The night staff was amazing they gave us clean sheets to put on our beds and they were just great. '

'1st room they gave me had the handle of the sink came completely off when I turned the water on and the faucet on the tub was coming out of the wall it was so loose, I went and told the office and they gave me another room which was just as dirty, looked like they haven't swept the floors in idk how long. Staff was friendly but that was about the only good thing I can say about this place, won't be coming back for sure. '
