« Pepe, meme, 3 kids and their spouses, 5 grandbabies (oldest, 4 year old)We did tiny town, sight & sound, Dutch Wonderland. Lancaster really is a nice, humble, pleasant place to visit. Relaxing for sure. Our VRBO stay was better than expected. Great beds. Comfortable, lots of pillows, clean and charming. Michael, the caretaker went way out of his way to help us. « Our family enjoyed this stay for a long weekend! The house is beautiful inside and out— Impeccably clean and a beautiful modern farmhouse decor. We enjoyed the beautiful lawn, the calm porch overlooking the rolling hills and farms and the lovely hot tub and fire pit! Close driving distance to nearby attractions in Lancaster, but off the beaten path! Would definitely return when we come back to the area! »

« Very clean, quiet, and well-appointed country estate. A must-stay for anyone who loves horses or wants to learn more about them. Riding opportunities for all ages are available, and lots of walking trails. Excellent outdoor space. If you love the country and outdoor living, it's a perfect home. We are looking forward to our next visit. »

« We hosted our wedding at Rich's property. My husband's side of the party is all from Canada so it was great to be able to have them stay where we were having the ceremony. We were able to enjoy time with loved ones all weekend rather than just a few hours.The house is very large and has mostly everything you would need and is close to places like Wegmans and target for anything additional you might want.Rich was very responsive when we had a few requests and everyone loved staying here. »
