'No toiletries, no light in bathroom, tv didn't work, very noisy, cold, couldn't turn up the heat because the filters have never been cleaned, everything was very dirty. Stains everywhere, hairs everywhere, hairs and toothpaste in sink. Literally everything was just gross. Never again.. '
