'Vallue for money. The suite was nice furntured. Not large but fully equiped with everything you need. We requested a room on the top floor, but we could not enter de room early. Room was ready for us at 4:20PM. '

'The full kitchen is great even though i did not use it was great to have. The check in guy was rude and said I could not check in with my passport which matched the reservation. He insisted on a Driver license (I recently married and my license does not match my passport yet) but he took that instead after a long stressing conversation. I check into hotels every week for work and have never had any issues until this. I was not asked to provide a credit card which i expected. ;) dissapointed'

'We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We didn’t find any soap in our room and there was still a used shampoo bottle in the shower. There were no new amenities either. So I think the cleaner was interrupted halfway. We got what we needed from the front desk. Next day everything was stocked. Breakfast is included and enough to get your day started. We feel the pool chairs can use a cleaning. Same for the chairs in our room. Overall would recommend given the staff, ambience...

'Nach 3 Wochen RoadTrip eine Empfehlung von uns: In größeren Städten bzw touristisch stärkeren Gegenden lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben. Unterkunft lag in einem industriellen Viertel, ca. 30min mit dem Auto von Palm Springs entfernt. Die Eisenbahn, ständig Güterzüge vorbei gedonnert, in ca. 100m Entfernung, nachts "Partyzeit" mit lauten Autos auf dem Parkplatz und Pool nicht gereinigt. Zimmer sonst in Ordnung. Recht unsichere Gegend, schlechtester Teil von Indio.'

'It's nice resort with lots of potential with friendly and helpful staff. The whole place needs major remodeling and some good basic housekeeping. The resort is dirty, filled with trash everywhere specially around the pool areas. Towels are dirty, restaurants look run down. I will not stay there again.'

'Our bathroom was old. Need renewal. Bathroom floor had some dirt. Beds were ok. Breakfast was awful, it was empty. They didn't restock. Even another guy we didn't know was complaining.'
