'This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...

When I pointed out that Expedia screws up our resevation for three for two bed stay, they did not charge extra by still gave us the beautiful room we had reserved, as well a the taster Sunday brunch! Vry understanding and desirous to make us comfortable-even helped take our bags to our rom!!'

'No the room was left with previous person food in the fridge....curtains don't close all the way across but one of few options for a smoking room for the money...hotel is decent with many new upgrades '
