'The entire place, all 3 rooms are very slanted. Like one side of the building has sunk about 6 to 8 inches. Extremely dirty and broken (literal pieces missing) floors. Dead bugs everywhere , especially in the 2 flights of stairs up to the room. During the 5 days spent there, (we left one day early), I was never able to find anyone in the office. 'I enjoyed my solo stay here. While the fireplace didn't initially work when I first got there, I reached out to management and they had someone there the same evening to fix it. The furniture is definitely on the cheaper side, and you can hear walking above. I wasn't expecting luxury for the price I paid. Overall, though, was a great, cheap getaway with great views and access to the beach.'

'Its listed as intire house, its three stories, you are renting the upper two stories. Its a complete unit, it cant be accessed from tje bottom story but its not the entire house. The manager lives in the bottom story. Its still a big place. Its still good value for the money it just deciving the way it is listed. It very clean, but pet friendly so I could smell dog when we arived we aired it out and the smell went away. The people before us must have had a stinky dog. Overall though it was...
