Beautiful townhouse in Spur Landing Subdivision with two bedrooms plus a loft, two full baths, living room, dining area, full kitchen with bar seating. Washer/dryer in unit, rear deck with chimenea and grill, incredible golf course views! Room to roam in the nearby wilderness, ski area, tubing hill, hiking, and biking trails! Blocks to restaurants, retail, and the famous Lodge. Large bedrooms with king beds, loft has a full size futon. Five minute drive to main street, 15 minutes to ski and tubing areas. Plenty of parking, electronic lock at front door for access.

The townhouse is close to everything while be far enough from the main road that it is quiet. The fire place was amazing, the whole stay was comfortable and exactly what my son wanted for his 12th birthday.

Great place to stay in Cloudcroft

The condo and Spur Landing area were a great place to stay in Cloudcroft in January 2025. The house had two large beds (big enough for four adults) in closed bedrooms and a smaller futon bed in the loft upstairs by one of the bedrooms. The loft was open and where our kids slept (ages 5 and 8). The railing was high enough that there were no safety concerns but it's open to the living room and kitchen so light/sound could be a challenge for young sleepers. There's a full bath downstairs and upstairs. The heat worked great in the bathrooms. There's some residue from hard water, but otherwise showers worked well. The kitchen is well stocked for appliances, dishes, and spices and general stores minutes away that probably carry anything you need. There's a large coffee maker and Keurig machine. There are streaming options on the living room TV (like Netflix and Disney). No DVD player. The TV upstairs needs some TLC. The kids loved the Mule Deer in the golf course behind the condo. Also, recommend a visit to the Sunspot Solar Observatory and snow tubing at Ski Cloudcroft. Black Bear espresso is very good in town. I would stay here again in any season.

Awesome Get Away

This property is perfect for a stay in Cloudcroft. The balconey overlooks the Lodge golf course and we saw elk, mule deer, wild horses, and golfers. Sarah is an excellent hostess and the property is very nice. We hope to stay here again!

Nice property

My husband and I stayed here with different family members coming over for visits. Condo was nicely decorated and kitchen was well equipped. We loved being on the golf course where we saw many elk, deer and wild horses. My only complaint was that both mattresses were sunken in a little and wasn’t the most comfortable but I was able to find a firmer spot in middle of the bed.

Father's Day Getaway

The property is beautiful. We have stayed before and will stay again. The only issue that arose was with trying to get a hold of someone about a wifi issue. No phone # and no way to email. The problem was resolved the next day.

Great Condo in the mountains

My family stayed her for 3 nights during a long trip. The spaciousness of the place was great. We had 6 people in the condo and there was plenty of room for everyone. The washer and dryer was a big help as this was the end of our trip and the dirty clothes were piling up. The condo is super close to downtown Cloudcroft, about 5 minutes away from Ski Cloudcroft, 30 minutes from Alamogordo, and 3 hours from Carlsbad Caverns. This was key for us as we visited all of these.
