'It was our second time staying at Cowdry Cabin and met our needs relative to business and pleasure. We appreciate that it is pet friendly and we have yet to bring our pets but hope that will occur next time. Managers are very responsive to calls or texts when help is needed.'

We loved fishing off the dock, using the kayaks, enjoyed water sports on the lake, and nice that the location was close to a gas station, restaurants (Leaf Valley Mercantile and Old Mill were both great!), and a boat ramp. 'Great 9 day stay at the property. Everything recently remodeled and the kitchen is stocked better than any kitchen at a VRBO we have stayed at. We used the fire pit almost every night and the boat house can store any/all of your water toys you might bring with...in our case a stand-up paddle board and a couple of float chairs.The water front was very nice, with mostly a sandy and firm bottom.
