'This was our 2nd time staying here! Great location, perfect size. I don’t think anyone had stayed there for quite sometime. It needed a deep clean. Base boards pretty dirty, lots of hair in bathroom in corners. The bedroom sheets could be replaced. Very worn and little balls all over them. Host is wonderful tho and responsive. We will definitely stay again when coming for fishing tourney on the Ozarks! '

'We loved our stay. There was a few things inside the tree house that needed some care. The bottom sliding door did not lock. The shower head on main level,depending on setting, would spray everywhere and not just forward. The air conditioner could not keep up the first night. It was so HOT when we arrived. If you know there will be guests you really need to set that to be cool for their arrival. That was miserable. The bugs came in so really need screen on front door or do something different to...

'It was nice to have a property that accepted dogs for our visiting family. The home needs repairs like caulking the tub and toilet, fixing the hanging dryer door, paint, etc. The home was not clean. The floors had not even been swept. The white washcloths looked liked they’d been used to shine shoes. I really hate leaving a negative review, but that would be unfair to future guests.'

'The cabin was super convenient for my purpose. Clean, neat, and amply stocked. Super close to Mary May's carving school. I really have no complaints keep up the good work!'

'We had an amazing time. Plenty of space for six adults and two teens. Everything was well described and instructions were clear. The boat dock was hit for our Boston Whaler. Definitely would stay here again!! '
